We collect nothing by default

Zevlag Labs does not collect personal data, analytics identifiers, browsing history, location, contacts, or other information from our websites or apps unless you choose to provide it (for example, when you contact us or opt in to messages).

We do not track you. We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Phone numbers, email, and messaging

If you voluntarily provide a phone number or email address to Zevlag Labs, we use it only for the purpose you consented to — typically informational or transactional communication related to our products or your support request.

• Never sold or shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or email with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Opt-in consent is not shared with third parties. Your consent to receive SMS, voice, or other messages from Zevlag Labs is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• Transactional / informational use. With your consent, we may send messages needed to respond to you or complete the interaction you started (such as support replies or account-related notices).
• Marketing consent is separate. We do not treat transactional or informational consent as marketing consent. Marketing messages (if any) require a separate, explicit opt-in.
• No marketing lists by default. Providing a phone number or email for support or transactional messages does not subscribe you to promotional SMS or email.

SMS and voice consent records

When you opt in to SMS or voice communications from Zevlag Labs, we retain the record of that consent (such as the time, method, and phone number) as needed to show that you agreed to receive messages and to honor opt-out requests. That opt-in consent is not shared with third parties.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Third parties

We may use service providers solely to deliver messages or operate our services (for example, an SMS delivery provider). Those providers may process your phone number only to send messages on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. Opt-in consent is not shared with third parties.

App Store purchases and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy terms.

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
